US Tropical Islands

There's no place like 'em.

Sun, Surf, Sand & Wind - not to mention those cool little drinks with the umbrellas in them  ; - )

I've spent a good portion of my life living and vacationing on these tropical islands.
With a bit of planning, some hard work and a lot of luck - that's where I'll end my days on this earth.

In the meantime, I've compiled (and I'm still compiling) as much relevant info about the tropics as I can. These pages are written for the vacationer, the arm-chair visitor, as well as for anybody with an interest in the Tropics

I focus on some of the islands that are under US control.

While I do provide some historical background on them, the real "meat and potatoes" of this site lay in the essential data - the Hotels, the Beaches, the "lay of the land", how to get to the Islands and the things to do once you arrive.

I may even tell a story or two that come from my time in the Tropics (my kids have heard them so many times, they just roll their eyes when I tell them). You have been fore-warned! haha
