Kapaa Beach is a nice, scenic location that's adjacent to Kapa'a Beach Park. Swimming is not encouraged here, due to the limited sandy floor of the ocean here, even though the water is often calm looking. It does, however, offer some nice snorkeling opportunities at the northern end of the beach.

Kapaa Beach Park is located in Kapa'a, and has a nice grassy area where locals will often fly kites on windy days. There are also some picnic tables and barbecue pits here, not to mention public restrooms as well.
